EXCITING NEWS...
So... we're going to have our NYAA Gold Award Application! We're going to sign up as a whole. Those who want to sign up, I need you to go into your SAS system! Login and enter in NYAA application and please enter GOLD. Please enter our club name as well, Community Service & Cultural Club. Please fill in all particulars! and enter OTHERS for the sections. Please remember to print out and give your signature! MUST!
Enter the website, Click onto Levels of the Award and link to Section of the awards. Please read up on what you need to get our award for Gold Applicants.
Please also note that for Gold Applicants:
Gold Award participants are required to prepare an additional report on your experiences in the NYAA Programme. This report is essentially an expansion of the Award Diary. Participants are free to include photographs, copies of certificates, etc. in the report.

When you have completed all the requirements for an Award, submit the Record Book and Award Diary (and report for Gold) to the NYAA Council for endorsement. Gold Award participants are required to attend an interview before receiving the Award. This award must at least completed in 18 months. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YEAR 1s and YEAR 2s).
For ACTIVITIES to gain NYAA Award, our club will try our best to come up activities for you guys like Community Service Events, Projects, Skills Learning. But you can go and participate in other learning skills/community service events at your own time. You need not wait for us to approach you to join. Please note, this NYAA award requires alot of discipline and initiative in learning! So before you sign up, ensure that you can afford the time! We do not promise you'll get the award after 18 months. This is still subjective to your own personal time and commitment. It's no guarantee for the award. You join at your own responsibility, but for all of us enjoyment and learning experiences!
We're not targeting any amount of people for this NYAA Award. We're taking as many as we can!

- PRINTED APPLICATION WITH YOUR SIGNATURE AND PARTICULARS
- 17 dollars (money to only give to MCs Treasurers Wee Xingfang/Lim Jinru/Ho Julia)
If I'm not in club, for application forms please put into COMMUNITY SERVICE DRAWER.
For money wise, please give me a call to hand in if I'm not around. But if Xingfang and Jinru is around, please pass to any of them.
IMPORTANT:
We do not accept application without cash or cash without application. We'll only enrolled those with filled particulars & signature and money given.
Deadline for submission is 15th August 2008. We will not accept any more applications after 15th August 2008, 7pm.
