Community Service is having an upcoming event to help out prepare and set up Chinese New Year decorations. The event will be held at Blue Cross Thong Kheng Home, which is a home for phyiscailly disabled residents. Details of the event as follows:

Date : 5th Feb 2008
Venue : Meet at school first, 1-way transport will be provided to the home @ Jurong West
Time : 8:30 - 5 pm
Fees : $3.00 ( includes lunch )
Attire : Black shirt , covered shoes ( NO slippers ), Minimum 3/4 pants and no skirts.

The objectives of the event is to give volunteers a wider and realistic view of the physically disabled, apply daily skills to help out, to build up confidence when interacting with the physically disabled and to establish a better realtionship with the home.
