there will be a workshop coming up, as above. The workshop will be conducted over a timespan of three Saturdays. At the end of the workshop, an individualized email account will be created for those that went through the workshop.

If you attended the workshop, you will be put to use on what you learn as you be responsible for giving the appropriate replies to the public seeking help at the Organisation's website. The replies will be checked by a moderator before being forwarded to the client. Also, your personal details will be kept strictly confidential.
