Welcome to 'Lord Bust has a Story to Tell'.
This is a story which I heard over the Yes 93.3 radio
a few days ago. And I wished to share with all who will
come to this blog to read the posts. Especially to Year 1s
and Year 2s.
Outside the outskirts of the city, there was a village.
Every morning, villagers will travel from their villagers
via several routes to the city either for trade or simply
just replenish their supply of food for their family.
Winter came and the whole village was covered by layers
and layers of snow, covering the whole village. The snow
is so thick that you can't even decipher the directions
to the city.
Luckily, there was a kind villager who cleared the snow
and created a path which is large enough for one person to
walk. After which, all the villagers whom want to go the city,
will follow the path in an orderly manner, queuing up one
by one, slowly proceeding to the city.
The father and his son who wanted to go into the city saw the
meandering row of villagers following the path to the
city also follow suit, as it may be dangerous to just wander
off into the path. He also warned his son to stick close to him
for fear of him wandering off the path.
His son listened to his father's advice at the starting, but due to
the unbearable waiting and stopping, the son got bored and wandered
off into the unknown layers of snow.
His father was so worried that he shouted at his son,
but the son shouted
"Look, dad, I am stepping out a path so that we can get
to the city faster!"
Guess what's the moral of the story. Will update soon again!
